I got a thing for lapel wear.

Each of these depicts an art piece I made to wear around town.

They take forever to make, like 3 weeks to make fearfully symmetrical. Perfect. 

So then ... I started shooting them with my iPhone. This whole eyeball project is a product of smartphone living. 

Now this is the art. 

I wear these on my coat. 

You can wear them on your wall.

TOY SIEGE
Siege is a military operation. Forces will surround and isolate a castle or city in order to cut it off from all contact with the outside. Applying pressure, the goal is to force a surrender. Capitulation to the will of another.

Toy Siege is about getting surrounded with so much cheap plastic and cotton candy ya just can't think straight. We can no longer distinguish betwen us and our plastics. We have surrendered to the toys being the fun ... instead of the right-sized enjoyment OF fun being a unique and useful human experience.
